Description:

Tetra Pak Pressvatic 1+2 pre-press and block-format system designed for integration into high-volume industrial cheese production lines.

The Pressvatic performs the preparation and pre-pressing of cheese curd prior to forming and cutting the cheese into production blocks. It is designed to provide controlled curd distribution, whey drainage, pre-pressing and block formatting as part of an automated cheese manufacturing process.

The system is particularly suited to production of granular and round-eyed cheeses and can be integrated with upstream cheese vats and curd-handling equipment and downstream main presses.
